There are days when feeling who you naturally are meant to be can be a struggle for some… When we really remember all we are capable of, the distractions melt away and we can see clear who we have been all along.

For the days I’m so #TunedIn #TurnedOn and #TappedInto #MyGreatness…
It is because I believe it is so…

Naturally me
There is ease in my flow
Ease, well-being and harmony flow so freely in my world
I’m in perfect harmony with my flow
I am at oneness
I am blessed

I willingly expand my comfort zone with joy

I am vitality
I am truth
I am light

All my needs are met
Well-being is who I am

Begin A New

It’s been a while since I’ve posted and you must have wondered what I’ve been up to… Or at least I’ve wondered what I’ve been up to. 🙂

Today’s Inspirational thought came to me…. Every day is an opportunity to “Begin A New”

It seems I’ve been focused on mastering me and what it means to focus only my desire for more joy in my every day so if I wasn’t inspired to post a note I honoured my feelings without pushing against it or forcing it to happen.

I have released any fear about who will still be here wanting to share in my stories once I return my focus. Because it’s my stories and whomever connects with me is only hear because I’m here.

The amazing thing I’ve come to realize, just this morning, is that as I checked in with my body for feelings of fear or resistance, there was none.
I felt the free flowing energy from my breathing flowing through me and all around me. I checked in on areas that had caused me anxiety or frustration, even yesterday, seems to have floated away.

Today is my day to begin a new…. Heck every day is a day to begin a new…

Today I focus on the energy flowing through me, in my now, as I honour all my feelings, it allows me to stay true to my focus of desire and then take it from there.

It is an interesting feeling to be in a place of free flowing energy of thought without resistance, risk or fear.

All it took was my detachment from what I must do, should do, and is expected to do and allow myself to be with me. I also found by doing so I can easily honour others need to be.
It’s also much easier to be in the presence of another when I know within my heart I will always honour me 1st.

So as I focus on today’s new beginning, I know tomorrow will be in its own unique energy flow.

I invite you to “Begin A New”, level, chapter, story, page, thought… Whatever honours your now…

My mantra:

All I have is today and Today I Begin A New…. #IHonourMyNow My path is clear….

The Power of Cruise Control

How many of you remember that your vehicle comes equipped with the wonderful feature of “Cruise Control”
Or better yet make use of this fabulous feature that comes standard with your vehicle of choice.

Well I didn’t remember, until a few years ago, when I was teaching my very intuitive son how to drive, he says ‘hey what’s this button… can I use it?’

I was then reminded of the Power of Cruise Control… How this simple flip of a switch can change your driving experience from one of tension to one of sit back and relax mode.

Setting the ‘Cruise’ mode I relaxed more, I sat back in my seat and I took more around me. With the car adjusting its speed to keep pace, it meant I could get more enjoyment out of my driving experience.

The another thing I discovered while being in cruise mode, was there would be times I had to slow my set speed or increase the speed. As well there were times I had to take off cruise if the traffic wasn’t at a my steady pace of flowing.

Meaning although life can be set on auto pilot there will be times you may be required to slow down or speed up the pace. As well sometimes you have to get in active creative mode to stay on course and avoid any collusions.

I have found there are no accidents really I either have allowed myself to be distracted or have ignored my intuitive guidance when I was flowing.

Being in cruise mode can be relaxing and fun then I can enjoy more of my traveling experience.
And since I know all the world may not be up to speed with me or to keep pace with my destination, adjustments are necessary to stay in my flow.

There will come a time when we all will be enjoying the Power of Cruise Control while keeping pace with the speed of light…. I hear it’s the best way to travel.

For now, I enjoy being in cruise mode and enjoying my experiences along my way.
