How do you begin your day?

Did you know you have been gifted each morning with an opportunity to give and receive your very best?

Sometimes that’s a difficult concept for individuals to grasps. Major corporations are always looking and actively seeking new ways to give better or more innovative products to their customers to increase their profits or consumer base.

You have received this morning another opportunity to give and receive your very best. Or You can continue to do what you’ve always done.

Great if you are achieving the results you desire or better you are receiving even more than you desire.

If that’s not your scenario of your experience today, I invite you to declare this day ‘Your Fresh Start’ day.

Each morning we have to choice to gift ourselves with a fresh start. To think outside the box.
Even if things are going exceptionally well, you still have been gifted with an opportunity to do it better, differently, or something else completely that may expand upon your joy.

I invite you to see things through a different lens today and ask your universal source….
How does it get any better than this?

From the moment I awoke this morning, I knew today was going to be a day about choices.
I had to decide whether to go back to bed our get up and face the cold snowy day and wind chills of -27 to spend some time with some wonderful ladies in my Aloette business whom always inspire me.
My gut said you know you want to be there so I got up and started getting ready.
Then I had to decide how to get there now that I was running late. Taxi… 🙂 Done

My next dilemma was to decide how far do I wish to take my business. I’ve not been very clear over the past year, just settling to connect to the inspired energy I feel when I’m with these fabulous ladies. I ummed and ahhed all the way but I knew today I would know.

Our franchise President, Anne Marie, showed this inspiring video by Lizzie Velasquez … The most important words for me is “You can choose to be Happy or you can choose to be defeated.”

This has been my mind/heart set for awhile now. But to see someone whom you might believe it would be easy for het to just give up, say how inspired she was to achieve, I was reminded of how easy it is for me to choose to give and receive my best in each moment.

My Joy is Now and I choose it in each moment.

This doesn’t mean there aren’t things that have come up to make me choose, like bad weather, fear, sadness, anger and even overwhelming joy.

I know I am the only one who can stop my joy from flowing so I choose to be Unstoppable. #HAPPY

Many say we must focus on the now to create a better tomorrow, yet I still see so many post that are still angry about the past and a future yet to come… I open to my present moment and give thanks for what I can enjoy doing today to make my joy possible.

We change the past and the future by honouring our presence in each moment of now…

My present is in my now so for now ‘I choose joy/happiness and peace the rest I give to God/Source to do with what it will.’

PS … I chose to open to my business expansion with a fresh start and I’m #DreamingBig 🙂

I’ve learnt a while ago that once I ask for the truth or a way to be shown… I must be open to what shows up even if it brings me to my knees for I know I #Will get back up again…
I know how to flow if I allow it and to release my #limiting #beliefs to evolve into my #infinite #potential….

Today’s #New #Moon asks that you look at the ways you have been doing things out of habit and how those #habits are keeping you in the place you so #desperately want to and are ready to move away from, knowing that it has served its purpose in your #life.

If you can allow it and take your 1st step towards what you prefer in you life…your time is now….

So in the moment of now, choose one small thing that you would prefer in your life and then just ask yourself, How can I do this better? or Better allow good to flow into my life?

Now breathe in and breathe out… begin to allow it and send your request on its way knowing the divine law will bring you back an answer, maybe immediately, maybe in the next moment or through your daily movements as you go about your day.

Please be open… this just requires the faith of a mustard seed to allow the best way to be shown.

Be open and willing to allow it to be… and know, as you move away from one thing, just as the seasons change, renewal will be yours just because you asked.

Now #Breathe!!! and Allow…. take a step 1, step 2 step 3…. repeat…
(if you can’t actually walk, see it as a visual in your minds eye, remember to breathe…)
