Create something fun, exciting, that makes your heart sing, your lips smile and all the cells in your body go “Yeah I did that!”

Me time, We time
Go for a walk in your favourite part of town
Have lunch/dinner with a friend
Have a fun (24hr) movie day
Sleep in day
Dance around the house day…
