Just go for it!

When the inspiration moves you, it’s time to say YES!

Now is always an opportunity to do something better than I did yesterday.

Do something new I have been waiting to try.

I’ve been focused on how best I’d like to share my insights, inspiration and general knowings. Well today I heard,  “Just go for it!”.

Inspiration is flowing today after spending all day yesterday with my powerful goddess friends. Even with each of us having our own insecurities, we all managed to inspire and guide one another into our own self-awareness moments of clarity.

Just go for it!, today, means I am allowing my inspiration to continue to flow. The sharing of my thoughts and insight, first helps me to release energy that wants to flow through me, and secondly assist anyone else who may need to hear my exact words.

#JustGoForIt, to me, is better than a leap of faith, as I’m in a place of trusting that I’m honouring me and then the rest with flow. It’s a better feeling to be without fear of falling and failing.  It’s is about doing what inspires me,  what moves me and what makes my heart sing. 🎼

I trust you will choose to do what #inspiresyou, #movesyou and makes your feel like it time to #JustGoForIt .

Much Love and blessing to you…

Inspired Action

I’m having an Aha moment about #InspiredAction
All action is inspired. Action that moves me from enough is enough, such as changing jobs, deciding to live healthier, to taking action the feels awesome

Like it’s filling my being with joy, like dancing, to basking in the sun

As long as it’s moving me in the direction of my joy, it’s all good.
Inspired today….
Enjoying living my best life
Much Love and Joy

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.”–

Hey sports fans! I’m heading to the Omega Institute this weekend and wanted to share a quick story before I go.

I mentioned in E-Cubed that E-Squared has gone from being a funny title on a little black book to being a verb. This is from a guy who says he “E-Squares” everything. It obviously works.

Take it away, David Knapp-Fisher!

“I’m an avid follower of your blog, and loved your books.; in fact, when referring to the F.P. my wife and I always talk about “E-squaring” this, and “E-squaring” that! Well, after reading your post about giving a TEDx Talk, I thought you’d be interested in my little experience…

“I live in Victoria, B.C. and I was accepted as a speaker at the TEDx Stanley Park event in Vancouver which was this past Saturday. Several months…

Tragedy, chaos and unhappiness are an unfortunate rumor we can throw overboard at any time

Only I can set my set myself free… “Free your mind and the rest will follow” En Vogue

“Emancipate yourself from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds.”
–Bob Marley

Most of us think life is some sort of boot camp for heaven. We believe this short life span is “only a test” for the paradise we’re eventually going to earn. If we hang on and bear up, we’ll someday walk through those pearly gates and be happy. These errors in thinking have been condensed into living facts. Nothing is plainer than the inevitably of sorrows and trials.

But what if it isn’t necessary? What if tragedy, chaos and unhappiness are nothing but a rumor, cemented into our consciousness by years and years of conditioning?

What I’d like to suggest is this heaven you’re waiting for is available now. And that you’ve been sold a bill of goods about who you are and what is possible.

The way I see it, there are only four reasons we…

The two magic words that can change your life forever

I enjoy practicing my magic….

“Resistance is futile.”—The Borg from Star Trek

If you’ve read E-Cubed, you know that one of the experiments involves asking the universe for an inside joke. Here’s a funny story that came in yesterday.

“As I was sitting by my pool reading the first experiment, I had just finished the part about asking the universe for an inside joke. All of a sudden, the wind kicked up. Our eucalyptus tree began raining it’s leaves down on me and all over the yard and pool and it didn’t stop, making a complete mess! All of a sudden, I started laughing and laughing!!!! I got my joke almost immediately!!!!”

Speaking of jokes, I’d like to remind everybody of the two magic words that I use continuously when I need to remember that we’re making this world up. That it’s nothing but a product of our perception. And that at any time…

Appreciating My Here and Now

I received some words of wisdom this morning and as I have enjoyed doing recently is seeing how it fits into my world…

Wisdom….
I’m responsibility for my vision

“You have sole ownership of your vision. And the Universe will give you what you want within your vision. What happens with most people is that they muddy their vision with “reality”. Their vision becomes full of not only what they want but what everybody else thinks about what they want, too. Your work is to clarify and purify your vision so that the vibration that you are offering can then be answered. “—Abraham

My Present:

“Become committed—fully committed—to the experience of happiness.”—The Way of Mastery

I just created an LOA quiz for Good Vibe University. It’s a simple, four-part quiz to determine how adept you are at employing the law of attraction.

Jeannette Maw, the totally hip “school marm” who hosts this powerful law of attraction site, and I will be partying on the 19th so take the quiz beforehand (it’s sort of a no-brainer) and join us as we talk about the E-Cubed Selfie Challenge and why doing this with others is so much more fun.

In the meantime, I want to talk about innocence and vulnerability and one of the sidewalk cracks we stumble over when claiming the largesse of the universe.

I call it a sidewalk crack because it’s very subtle. There’s an underlying belief that we shouldn’t admit we want riches, joyous relationships, rewarding work. What if people think we’re…

Enjoying My Unicorn – “Well Duh” !!! That’s how I do….

“The body appears to be largely self-motivated and independent, yet it actually responds only to the intentions of the mind.”—A Course in Miracles

I get a lot of emails that start with this phrase: You’re never going to believe this.

Since I experience what some call “weird and miraculous things” on a daily basis, I always believe it. In fact, if you’ve read E-Cubed, you know I wrote a whole chapter about “weird and miraculous things.” It’s called “Well, Duh!”

Yesterday, when being interviewed for an article about visualization for the magazine, Fast Company, the reporter asked me what I say to skeptics. As she pointed out, the majority of her readers fall squarely into that disbelievers category.

While I didn’t say this, I immediately thought of a line Anita Moorjani told me in London. ”Every time I hear that not everybody buys this stuff, I almost fall off…
