Wow… as they same time sure flys when you’re having fun.

So much has been happening for me learning, growing, understanding how this lovely universe of ours works while still focusing on maintaining my balance, peace and harmony.

I’ll let you know now….  I was sometimes very successful at achieving the harmony that I desired, other times, Ahhh – I just wanted to scream and say “Why me God” – “Why now?” and the ever popular ” I give up!!!”

When you are asking for change, big or small, you must always remember there will be an adjustment period as your “Mind, Body, Spirit” aligns all the beautiful pieces to make it manifest in you reality.

You are sometimes required to slow down, take it easy, rest your body and allow all the information (dust) to settle and clear. This is the surrender part or the “Let go and Let God” part.

You may even be asked to go out and have some fun and forget the millions of time-lines and deadlines you have imposed upon yourself. But it’s all good…. through the process and in the end you will eventually wake-up to become more aware of the whys, the hows, the whens and your statements will be more like “that make sense”, “I guess I didn’t see it that way before”.

But more over you must be ready, willing and able to accept the change that is coming when you ask and allow the wonderful universe to work its magic as it does it so wonderfully.

So just to give you a little back-ground on my changes since I last wrote a blog :

I turned down a $85,000 a year, corporate manager role, only to be unemployed for 2 months – my family and some friends thought that I may have lost my mind – I’ll share with you how I have over-come the impression that I may have lost my mind.

Both my boys are now living on their own – the youngest is “only 17” and I admit I had a moment or two – I’ll share that story here  later this week

I’ve had some other spiritual awakenings about who I am and why I’m here and how the above fits into the grand scheme of things.

And my process I’ve committed to staying aligned to my joy-filled purpose – one being the  “trust in spirit” which has transformed my appearance and how I’ve gained true faith in allowing my visions to manifest.

It’s only August but I feel and I have witnessed a life-time of events in a little over half a year that shows me that when the heart is willing the heavens will open up and allow you to create your piece of heaven on earth.

Your Postive Results show up in your life by the decision you make.

Now you all know and understand that you have a choice on how your life plays out in front of you.

If you don’t know – Please know now that it’s up to you to consciously choose what happens in your life and what things you bring into your awareness.

But I want to take it a step future ….  You See … You all can choose to live better lives than you are living right now……. then what happens?

Sometimes nothing happens. You make the choice but the choice has to be empowered by the decisions that come after making the choice.

For example: I choose to share my world here with you…. my thoughts and processes to empowering your world.

Now if I made the choice but if I decide not to post or a block information I share,  it is not congruent with the choice I made.

Or – I choose to live a loving, joyfilled, prosperous fun lifestyle…. so all my decisions I make now reflect the choice I made to be loving and joyfilled. Oh and definitely fun…. What’s life without some fun.

The Point I’m making is if you make a choice …. then the empowerment of your choice comes from all future decisions you make

Choice is the Thought process  – How do I want to be, live, etc

Decision is the Action in the process – What will I do to honour my choice?

It’s in the Decision step that brings you the results you desire.

If you Choose to live your life with love then you must  Decide to release judgement and forgive yourself and others. Let go of messy and stay easy and light. This is where the results show up with ease.

If you Choose to be in your power then Decide you are going to say YES to the things that empowers you and release the need to have excessive demands of your time. This is where you find all the time in the world to do what you Love….

If you Choose to be in a Leader then Decide to walk tall when the going seemingly to be tough or you may feel like your out there on your own. Leaders are the ones who forge new ground and create possibilities for all to enjoy.

Your results will fall short if you decide to stand still and not make a decision at all… Your decision is the Action step required to move your desires closer to you and produce the results you need.

Here’s what I’m will share and empower you with today…..

Once you have chosen your path, goal or vision…. Always ask yourself the following questions to ensure your decision brings about Positive Action (Right Action) for the results you desire….

First and most important question…….. is my choice in alignment to how I envision my life or desires…. This is where you check-in with yourself to see if you have chosen the right goal vision or lifestyle at the beginning.  If you get a YES  then proceed …..

Will my decision (Action) keep me on my path or inline with my goal or vision?

Will my decision empower my choice?

Will my decision be step towards my results? – you don’t have to know the full outcome just take a step in the right direction to allow the things you desire to show up.

Will my lack of decision achieve the results I desire? – Lack of action is a decision to the Universe that you really don’t want what you originally asked for.

If you decide to alter your choice always make sure you choosing from your heart-centre as fear is also a choice that will hold you back from the life you truly desire. Life can be like the roller-coaster climbs are stead and sure the dips can leave your feeling a bit nauseous and out of control but the journey itself is exhilarating.

Remember your positive results will be in how you decide (right action) to move forward with your choice and please remember you always have a choice and once you make that choice just allow yourself to empower it by your decisions.

This posting is long overdue for me to write….. The Art of Gratitude …. this is where your blessings come

I’ve had a lot of interesting events happen over the past 6-8 weeks and each one of them has had me honouring my moments with gratitude.

Being in a state of gratitude has always been a part of what I do, but as things become seeming more difficult or  you go through a state of transition where the world seems to be questioning what you do and how you do… Gratitude for everything you are, do, see and feel becomes even more important.

I have ventured into a brave new world that many will not understand or even comprehend but I know it’s my truth and my wish is for others to know their truth as well. What may seem abnormal to some is the new normal for me.

My new leap-of-faith as brought me to moments of gratitude for my journey, how far I’ve come from 1 year ago or even 6 months ago. I’ve been on this path for years now and I’m not even sure the exact moment that has pushed this amazing transition I feel inside but I love that I now live in the moment without regrets.

I look back on the journey in a state of awe and wonder… sometimes wondering how come I didn’t have this understanding before but knowing it is all part of the plan.

I have a new Love for the air I breathe in each moment, for the silly things said by people who make me laugh, for my ability to walk and talk, for my exceptional great health, the amazing smell of a freshly-brewed cup of coffee, the sweet aroma of the spring flowers, my boys still wanting hugs from their momz, friends who care enough to tell you the truth and still have your back and most importantly the peace that reigns deep inside my soul. Priceless…… Plus the moments of feeling deep love or joy for absolutely no reason.

I live in a state of gratitude for it all. My list is endless and it expands in each moment.

Gratitude come also from forgiving yourself 1st before you can allow or expect others to forgive you.

I may not have all the answers to all of life’s pressing questions, but I know if I ask for my truth, I will be shown exactly what I need to know in each moment.

This state of gratitude lead me to a place of  Trust and Faith I never knew I had or had access to…. I thought it was for monks or those who take priestly vows or discovered by deep sates of meditation.

I am happy to have discovered it  or remembered it for myself and I now share my experience with those around me.  You may not know the entire plan for your life but know that in each moment you can choose better. Be grateful for where you are and know that you can make a decision to choose better.

As long as your still breathing you have a choice in how you can do it better and choose Gratitude for where you are right now in this moment and breathe it in with thanksgiving.
